It's all about the treats!
Every guest receives complimentary cereals, local milk, coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, herbal tea, "real coffee", locally made handcream and soap.
We do some lovely treats to make your stay more special all delivered to your Pods:
- Firepit, firebucket, logs, kindlers and toasting marshmallows
- Fizz and Fairy Lights
- Afternoon Tea for Two
- Traybake Towers
- Cakes for all occasions
- Stargazing Box
- Bedding Bags
- Celebration packs including a personalised card, banner, balloons and badges
- Local First and Last Brewery Beer either bottles or casks
Each Pod is ensuite with underfloor heating and has plenty of fleecy blankets, cosy cushions, a hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen and a made-up bed. The TV seating area comes complete with lots of visitor information as well as a tray table with books and indoor games We have amazing local pubs that serve breakfast and after that some lovely local walks all clearly signed. Lunch and evening meals are also very well catered for all within a 5-10 minute drive from the Pods:

- Bay Horse at West Woodburn
We have our own enclosed play area and there is a play park and swimming pool a ten minute drive away. Cinema club for kids with a craft morning at the Forum Cinema in Hexham on a Saturday morning as well as a lovely bowling alley. Magical night in our BBQ Hut, Cracking cycle routes, amazing wildlife, peace, tranquility and fun all in equal measures...... come and see for yourselves
We are based on a working farm and therefore we do not allow pets but we love having their owners to stay!
